We are a small group of therapists who work in different locations in West Auckland and Thames, New Zealand.

Our Goal
We all need someone to talk to at times. The community can be a lonely place and it can be hard to find someone to trust and share our deepest pain. Friends are great and we all need them but sometimes a neutral unbiased person is what we need. Others try to fix us and tell us what we should be doing but many people say that they just want someone to listen. This is where we come in. We offer a warm, caring environment where you will feel welcomed and not judged. A place where you can share and feel listened too. You are not alone. Most people have experienced some pain in their life at some time.
Our goal is to help you work through these issues and get on your feet again. For some this only takes a few sessions while others it takes a lot longer.

All our therapists are experienced sexual abuse counsellors approved by ACC sensitive claims. Sexual abuse counselling is provided free through ACC. If you need counselling for other issues you are still welcome to contact us and we will see how we can help you or offer you alternative funding.
